AirPods Pro will not stay connected to my HP Envy laptop

I have new airPods pro and they will not stay connected to my HP Envy laptop which is also new. When I add them to the computer and try to connect they move from connected to paired almost immediately. I have removed the airpods and then tried to connected them again with no success.

airpods wont connect to microsoft laptop so my airpods are not connecting to my laptop at all, its not like connecting by bluetooth it does that it just paired but won't connect it usually says "connected, music, sounds" something like that but now it just says "connected" and after a few seconds disconnects and the noise that airpods make when they get connected to a device doesn't happen what do i do? i have the 2nd gen airpods w wireless charging case

Airpods unable to connect to laptop My AirPods have been connecting to my laptop but suddenly it stopped, eventhough I reset my AirPods and tried connecting again but it keeps just telling that it is connecting but no matter how long I wait it won’t connect. Please help My AirPods just keeps saying it’s connecting to my laptop to no avail no matter how long I wait and I have reset my AirPods multiple times [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You may need to update some drivers on your laptop, check the HP or Microsoft support sites.
