Random alarm going off every day at the same time when there is no alarm set

I have an iphone 8+, and for 2 months an alarm has been going off at 1:50pm every single day. I have no alarms set at all. This started after upgrading to ios13. If my phone is on silent, the phone simply vibrates and I get a clock notification, but it doesnt sound. But if my phone is not on silent, it will actually go off like a regular alarm and I get a clock notification. Whenever I set an alarm it sounds whether I have my phone on silent or not, and I never get a clock notification.

Ive upgraded to the latest ios, ive erased all settings, and Ive never had a 3rd party alarm app. Been using iphone since the iphone 4 and ive never had this issue. I cant take it anymore, this is very annoying and none of the solutions from previous posts have worked. Thank you
