Memoji troubles on XR
I have an XR on 13.7, but when I start a new text, the camera and Apple store icons are not highlighted and do not respond to touch AND the memojis do not show up - what do I need to do?

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with using apps inside of your Messages app. We will be happy to help.
