Your camera will not start without an iTunes gift card

Hello,

I am aware that there are many scammers online but in my defense, the pandemic has left me with little or nothing to do. I was talking to a young lady on Google Hangouts and she wanted to send me a picture of herself but instead sent a what looks like a screenshot saying: Your camera will not start without an iTunes gift card.

I've never seen a phone that you have to pay to use the camera but I just wanted to make sure. Is this a scam just for money? I have to admit the so called screenshot is a little blurred.
