The new iphone 11 screen is scratched

What if the damage to the screen is a fault as my new phone was in my pocket and later I noticed a spider crack creeping across the screen and I didn’t do anything to warrant this happening this damage should not have happened.

after doing a search I saw lots of claims there is a fault in the screens.

what are you doing to rectify this I am not impressed with my only ever Apple product.

The phone is in a hard case and has rhino glass for protection.

i had a galaxy before this and dropped it umpteen times and never had any issues this apple is weeks old I only take it out a few times it’s only left the house 5 times and it was in my pocket of a fleece zipped up.

this should not happen.

Cosmetic damage is not covered by the warranty.

At your expense.

Apple will do nothing.

Buy a case to protect the device.

Lucky the screen saver glass worked and the phone screen is not damaged so they do work and less expensive than charging the screen.
