ı have been struggling with rainbow color flashing before shutting down my MacBook for two months. And my MacBook was two weeks old when it started. I tried reseting SMC, NVRAM and safe mode. ıt happened in safe mode too. I switched live wallpaper to a stationary one. Turned off True Tone. These didn't solve either.Is there any solution for this?

Thanks for your response. So should ı take it back to the apple store for fixing or wait for the next Catalina update.
Once you choose Shutdown from the Apple menu, Any artifacts or strange behavior you see is most likely to be caused by sloppy programming (where one group rolled up the rug while another was still arranging the furniture).
Such problems are difficult to reproduce exactly, and are unlikely to get top priority for fixing. However, they are annoying both to you and to Engineering, and are likely to get fixed eventually in future software releases.
I think if you take it to the store, they will fiddle with it and tell you what I said above, and not change anything.
Once you choose shutdown, screen pictures are unreliable, and may be wonky. If it does shut down in a reasonable amount of time, regardless of how wonky the screen gets, it is operating as designed.
