Hello is it possible for an iPhone 7 to be wrong about the location on find my iPhone ?? My husband try to locate me yesterday and found my location a couple miles away from my home ...?? Can you explain this please.??

Yes. It's based on multiple possible location sources. If it has no view of GPS satellites, it can base the location on detected WiFi networks in the area and cell tower triangulation, either one of which can be inaccurate.
