Garage Band

Hi there, I just bought a new Iphone 11. Before that I was using Iphone 8. When I click on my GarageBand icon i can not open it. It says i have to buy the app. But I also cant delete the app from my Phone. I cant find on my Settings/Apps. If I go to App store and search for the GarageBand I am also unable to purchase it. What should I do, I need the app for my job?

App that I deleted from my iPhone, won't reinstall! I had to delete my Podcasts app, as there appeared to be an issue. When I went to reinstall it from the App Store, it just wants to Open, as though the App is already installed. I can't find the app on the phone, I can only use it if on wifi as I have very little 4G or 5G signal and data usage. I generally use it when travelling, listening to downloads. How do I reload it?

Unable to install "Garageband" on iPad Pro. Says I must purchase this app to install it I'm unable to install Garageband on my iPad Pro and I cannot understand how to resolve the issue. The cloud icon indicates I need download it, but when I do so I'm told the "I must purchase this app to install it". When I got to the Apple Store page for the app it's showing the download icon as the simple box as nothing is downloading. Somehow it has become stuck in between being purchased (for free I assume) and downloading and I don't know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

I’ve offloaded my garage band app once from then am unable to install it again

Are you using or have been using different Apple IDs in the past?

First update to iOS 13.7

Then try the steps in the (earlier) link ... If GarageBand isn't working on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

No, it was the same for the last few years. The Ios is 13.5.1
