Adding Slack to the Mac OS Share Menu?
I use a Macbook Pro and an iMac, and have Slack installed on both computers. On my Macbook Pro, Slack is a "share" option using Mac OS's built in share functionality. For example, if I want to share an article I'm reading on the web with my team, I would just use the share button or file menu share option to share the article via any Slack channel. The Slack extension shows up on the list of share extensions, and it is checked. Works flawlessly.
However, on my iMac, no such extension exists. Going to System Preferences, Extensions, Share Menu shows no Slack option, which means Slack cannot be checked.
I'm using the same version of the Slack app and the same version of Mac OS (Catalina 10.15.6) on both computers.
How do I add the Slack extension to the list of possible apps for sharing on my iMac?
Thank you.
