When someone calls me, the number appears, the name does not appear while I am registered

Hi, download the latest iOS software, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

You can also reset settings on your phone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

If the issue persists, you may need to restore your phone as new:

• Tap the Settings icon
• Tap Phone
• Scroll to the bottom
• Turn on Dial Assist

CLID (Calling Line IDentification) is the message sent by the carrier to your phone that shows the calling phone number. Whatever is displayed when you receive a call must have the identical format to what is in your contacts. Dial Assist, where it is available, will attempt to interpret the formatting of the incoming number, but apparently it isn’t available in Egypt. So you will have to save your contact numbers to match the format that is displayed.

Go to Settings/Phone and turn on Dial Assist.

If the people calling you are in your contacts, you should see the names. If they are not, you won't.

Scroll down further. And if it isn’t there your phone is very seriously broken. Perhaps hacked or jailbroken.

If you go to Settings/General/Language & Region what is the region set to.
