When someone calls me, the number appears, the name does not appear while I am registered

What should i do?

Hi, download the latest iOS software, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

You can also reset settings on your phone, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

If the issue persists, you may need to restore your phone as new:

My guess is that in Egypt the phone numbers in contacts must be formatted exactly the same as the way they are send as the CLID string.
