iCloud ID

How can I check who has logging my ICloud id ? I received a call that my account was signed in. whether it is possible to find out from which device or location was logged in.

I already changed password and Apple ID.

Are iCloud and Apple ID same thing?

iCloud account sign in My iCloud account says that someone signed into it December 23rd and it was not me. I went through my devices list and it is all of the devices I know that I have. What should I do? (I have changed my password)

iCloud and Apple ID are the same thing.

The call was a scam. Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back.
