My dog got a hold of my right airpod, and when I try to enter the serial number in mydevices I get this error:
We’re sorry, but we are unable to create a repair for the serial number you’ve entered. Please try a different serial number.
Anyone know why or what I can do?

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
They might be able to help you set up a repair.
