Hi! Recently I bought a new Mac and I have signed into it with my apple ID. Previously I was using my moms computer for school work and I downloaded Logic Pro on that computer. I want to re-download it without spending the money again, so is there a way of transferring the program from my moms Mac to mine even if they have different apple ID's?
Mac App Store purchases are tied to an AppleID. They are not transferable.
Your best hope is to contact Apple and see if they can help.

If you originally purchased Logic Pro X for your own personal use using your mom's Apple ID, just sign into the App Store on your new computer using your mom's Apple ID. You should find LPX listed on the purchased tab to download and install.
I think this is against the EULA. Better to use Family Sharing if going that route.
BTW there is a free trial available on the Apple site. Also the OP may look at the education offers.
