I understand your MacBook Pro's speakers are working, but they are barely audible.
First please read and follow the fundamental steps in Get help if the internal speakers on your Mac don't make sound. Then, try resetting that Mac's NVRAM: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support.
