my iPad Air 2 won’t save gifs anymore.

So I can go on google and download them but when I use them or go to gallery they don’t move. I’ve recently updated the iPad, that’s when this all started. I’ve tried restarting my iPad and the airplane mode trick but nothing’s worked so far. Any help would be greatly appreciate

GIFs It appears out of nowhere when iOS 14.x hit GIFs were no longer saving to the photo album. I don’t get it. Apple had something working perfectly and now - boom, gone. People are talking about it all over the internet. This is another ‘big brother is watching’ thing. Makes me and others nuts. I am on iOS 14.6 and if I see a GIF in safari where I used to be able to save it to photos and it would play, now it’s a still picture. And you can’t seem to get a straight answer anywhere.

Animated GIFs stopped working All of a sudden when I copy and paste an animated GIF from Google to messages on my iPhone 11, they don’t move, only paste as a still picture. Any idea what might have happened?? iOS is up to date. Restart didn’t help..

Files app continually reloading Since the update to iOS 15 on my iPad Pro, my files app will not allow me to view .NEF files without continually reloading them. I can view the thumbnail just fine. However, when I select a thumbnail to view, it opens and closes the picture continually. This was never an issue until the recent update. Anybody familiar with this issue? Any fixes?

We see you are not able to save GIFs as expected on your iPad. It is important to make sure it is an existing GIF. We have this information to help with saving and accessing them.
