RSTORING MY IPHONE 7. CANNOT OPEN THE PASSCODE

GOOD i cannot open my passcode on my phone 7, and trying to restore it.. even my finger print is not working after i transfer the apple id To my new 11 pro max. and I don't know what happen, and now that i am trying to restore it using my laptop it shows that i am not make sure that I am CONNECTED TO THE WIFI AND MY COONECTION IS GOOD EVEN I AM ALREADY CONNECTED.
