My iphone 6 used to connect really well to my 2017 subaru Outback. i could place and receive calls, texts, etc. Now it recognizes my phone but will not transfer contact Info or make/receive calls, etc. How do I resolve this?

Contact Subaru? See what they have to say. It is their product.

B. Don't Rely on YouTube:
I'd keep off of YouTube - it can be misleading at times for configuring stereos.

Add/Use while in Park:
Try putting the car's gear in park, and the resync the iPhone. This all has to do with on-the-road safety.
Did you already try to remove it from the list of connected Bluetooth devices in your car, and pair it again after that?
