Apple SIgn

Hi everyone

I have an iPhone XR, I keep trying to switch it on but the Apple sign keeps ons showing and going away and my phone doesn't switch on at all.

Please help!

Iphone Everytime I plug my phone up the apple sign comes on the screen but then it just says that way like nothing else like the sign just stays on the screen and i tried to restore it but that didnt seem to work so i would like to know what would be my next move ? I dont have apple care and the phone isnt on at the moment.
