Hello I have a question about my iPad 🇱🇺

i bought a new iPad Pro 2020 a week ago. i have two iClouds and i signed in iPad with wrong account. then I quickly logged out and logged back in with the correct iCloud. the problem now is that my Apple TV subscription is on the wrong iCloud. can you please change that to my correct iCloud.

I believe that you are too late. Once the free AppleTV subscription associated with your new device has been redeemed, the subscription can either run its course - or be cancelled in its entirety.


Subscriptions are non-transferable. However, given that you have two AppleIDs, you might share the subscription with yourself (!) using Family Sharing:

Family Sharing - Apple

Set up Family Sharing – Apple Support


If Family Sharing is not an option that you wish to explore, you could try speaking directly with Apple Support - but I wouldn’t be too hopeful. The link to Contact Support is at top-right of this page.
