Can an AT&T Apple Watch be used on a Verizon plan/account?

I would contact Verizon. In the past, Verizon has had issues activating Apple Watches that were previously activated on another provider. Everyone, Verizon, Apple, acknowledged that it shouldn't have been problem but it was. It's been a while since I've heard anything about this so perhaps it has been resolved.

It should but that is going to depend on who you talk to at Verizon and how patient you are. Are you also switching your phone over?

That won’t work, your Watch and iPhone have to be on the same cell service provider.
