Update payment method

I have been trying to update my payment information and have not been able to. For the last week! It is so frustrating. I have gone through the web, through my settings and nothing. What do I do? Why is it so hard to di make this change? Make it easier.

I totally agree with the frustration over difficulties in updating anything with iCloud, iTunes, Apple, etc. Why in heavens name do you send a "do not reply" email saying I need to update my payment method (which by the way is perfectly fine, so I don't understand why I need to update it), and then I try all the different options I can find only to not be able to do this. I'm exasperated every time I have to deal with this account.

I have been at it with this issue for two weeks! I have tried EVERYTHING. From signing out to signing back in, everything on the web, to now waiting for an extremely long time on the phone for REAL PERSON to answer me! I always rave about their products but this is too much! I have no idea what to do now!
