Frozen photo app

Force restart the iPad as follows:

• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears

Try force closing the app and then opening it again. To force close it if you have a device with no home button, slide from the bottom to the middle and hold and you’ll see all the open apps. Slide the apps off the screen to force close them and then once it’s closed, open in again and see if that helps. If you have an iPad with a home button, double press the home button and then follow the above procedure as you’ll be in the app switcher with that as well.
