Apple store never called me? Please help

My iMac 2020 had screen damage due to a cracked LCD and I took it to the apple store almost 2 weeks ago and they said I could pick it up within 3-5 days back at the store and I still haven’t gotten an email saying it’s ready to be picked up, should I just go and get it or at least check if it’s ready?

Have you tried signing into my support (log in with your Apple ID) and check the status of your repair? That's probably your best bet. Repairs (like most things these days, particularly those that rely on personal services ice and replacement parts that travel through strained supply lines, just take longer sometimes these days. Check the status, see if it's in process and/or if there is an ETA of when it will be ready.
