iPhone with A2DP Bluetooth speaker. Hear phone call by A2DP speaker and talk through iPhone Microphone

I have iPhone 8. I want to listen the phone call from caller by A2DP profile only (No AVRCP profile) Bluetooth speaker and talk my voice through iPhone internal microphone. Will this work? Or will iPhone will not let the phone call voice from the caller to route to A2DP profile Bluetooth Speaker and you can only listen the caller in iPhone itself?

I have AVRCP profile Bluetooth receiver. Because the receiver's microphone quality is very poor, I want to listen the caller voice from AVRCP profile Bluetooth receiver and send my voice through iPhone internal microphone. I can't set it up to do so . I there any setting for doing this?
