Battery health issues

Hi my iphone 11 already dropped capacity to 88% & still under warranty can i send to apple for change new battery or phone?

Battery Health on the iPhone 11 My phone is about 9 months old and the battery health has dropped to 83% in this period. I would like to know if I can get the battery replaced for free if I take it to the Apple service center as the phone is under warranty period.

Apple will not replace it until it drops to 80%.
