NFC Not working on my iPhone X

Hello,

In my iPhone X, i have tried to use the NFC feature, I have tried with installing various NFC apps(GoTo Tags, Decode, NXP Taginfo by NXP) to read the NFC tags, unfortunately non of them were working.

I have valid NDEF message on the tag. Tried with various nfc tags also, but no luck. (All the tags i used here are working in Android mobile). Am i missing any settings ? (I appreciate any help).

Also not seeing the NFC option under App called Shortcuts. Steps: Shortcuts -> Automation -> Create Personal Automation -> Not seeing NFC option under Settings page.
