I repeatedly having an issue with my iPhone 7 for its signal. Found an article about the issue in here.

But I'm in Indonesia, while the iPhone originally purchased in USA. How can I proceed with this?

The page you linked to tells you exactly how to proceed.

However, it also warns:

Apple may restrict or limit repair to the original country or region of purchase.

Depending upon what services you can receive in Pakistan, you may not be able to have your phone serviced without sending it to a friend in the US.
