How do I reduce the size of artwork display in Apple Music?

Apologies in advance if this is covered elsewhere; if it is, it's beyond my search capabilities.

For months now, the artwork display resulting from selection of "Get Info" for any given song has been running off the screen.

And I'm sufficiently anal that it's making me nuts.

Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, ChocolateJoe.

We understand that when viewing the details of a song, the Artwork tab displays the artwork in a size that is too large for the window.

If you resize that window, can you eventually see the entire album cover, or does it expand along with the window?

We suggest restarting your Mac into safe mode, then trying the same thing to see if it happens there as well.

You can also create a new, temporary admin user and sign in and test there as well.

Did you add the artwork in manually? If so, you may need to resize the original files, before adding them back in.

You can also try to re-add the artwork for the entire library if none of the above steps help. To do this, do the following:

  1. Open Music, then click on File in the top menu bar.
  2. Then click Library > Get Album Artwork.

This will get artwork for your entire library.

Cheers!
