Keys To Go Logitech and iOs 13.7

I’m using an iPaD 6th generation. Just a few days ago I bought the Keys To Go keyboard from Logitech in the Applestore of Milan. Mostly because they didn’t have their own keyboard for a 6th generation iPad. I just updated both my iPad and iPhone 11 to iOs 13.7. If I try to connect my new keyboard to either one of the devices they can’t find it. The only thing that changed is the update. Before they worked. What is going wrong?

We see you are not able to use your Logitech keyboard as expected. We will want to make sure to forget the keyboard from Settings > Bluetooth. After we can put the keyboard in pairing mode and pair the keyboard. If you have any further issues this article will help.
