Removed subscription and app but still getting charged

I removed the subscription for a scanner app and I am still being charged by iTunes. What should I do?

Do you see the charge in?

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If not follow:

Follow the steps in this article:

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


Make sure you have canceled the subscription correctly:

To stop a subscription follow the steps in this guide:


See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


When the subscription shows Expires on [Date] or its not active anymore.

That means the subscription is canceled.


If you are still unable to cancel the subscription or can't find what made the charges:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
