How can I print a contact list that includes their photo? I select the photo in the printer set up, but it does not show up.

Both the Preview, and PDF displayed the Photo's.
Edit: Note that I am using Catalina...don't know if that makes a difference, or not?
I can do that with my printer, a Canon TS8120, which has the following options for "Contacts:"

I think using Catalina makes a difference. I have Mojave.
