Sleep cycle

I’ve deleted the sleep cycle app because it was putting a downtime on my Apple Watch. Even though I have done this and uninstalled it off the watch, downtime is still locking me out of the watch between 10pm and 7am. I can’t seem to work out why?

Hello, Rachie-79.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

From reading your post, it's understood you're having troubles with Downtime. We'd be glad to help. Your Apple Watch mirrors your iPhone. Have you checked your Downtime settings in Screen Time: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

"Downtime

Think of this as a nap for your screen time. When you schedule downtime in Settings, only phone calls and apps that you choose to allow are available. Downtime applies to all of your Screen Time-enabled devices, and you get a reminder five minutes before it starts".

Check to see if you have "Share across devices" turned on as well.

Best regards.

Hello again, Rachie-79.

Thanks for taking the time with those steps and getting back to us. Let's try turning on Screen Time, then turn if off on the iPhone and restart both devices:

Restart your iPhone

How to restart your Apple Watch

Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues.

If this still doesn't work, keep your iPhone nearby and unpair your Apple Watch. This will create a backup of your Apple Watch: Back up your Apple Watch

Then pair again using the steps found here: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Cheers!
