Not to a spread sheet. But you could print the thumbnails with the metadata below them as a PDF file with the metadata below the thumbnails. This can be done by printing the photos with the spreadsheet layout. You can set the number of columns and specify the metadata you want to show.
But to create a spreadsheet, you have to write an AppleScript to read the metadata and write them to a file, one line for each photo, separated by a tab or similar, like I wrote here for Aperture: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7792859?answerId=31127814022#31127814022. Then import the tab separated text into your spreadsheet application.

the free version of PowerPhotos can show you your Photos Libraries in second browser window, in a list view with some metadata displayed. Even the free trial version can serve as second browser for Photos.
Here is now a Photos version of this Aperture script. It is rather limited, because the Photos dictionary does not give access to the EXIF data.

GraphicConverter can export selected IPTC/XMP metadata tags into csv.
I occasionally use it to backup Captions and Keywords. It also allows me to more easily check for any errors in those tags.
