System reboots after trying to install the latest version of Catalina, but nothing is installed. What may be wrong?

Shutdown >> connect to charger >> remove any connected devices >> Startup and Immediately Hold SHIFT Key. This is Safe mode. It will boot more more slowly but hopefully startup and continue the Installation of Catalina
