Support for .NEF raw photos in adobe LR and PS

Does the ipad mini 5 have a raw format (.NEF) support for photo editing apps like photoshop and lightroom?

NEF-RAW support is not native to iOS/iPadOS - but may be added via a suitable photo-editing App. For Adobe, you can check the supported image formats from Adobe’s website.
