Apple 11 Bluetooth

Well Apple nerds... I was able to resolve all issues except Bluetooth. It is turned on. It does not see my Bose speakers, my headphones, my truck, my Fitbit. Nothing.

Yes I rebooted.

Evidently a lot of people have this problem.

Any of you know what I can do or who I can call? Would you go to Apple who made the phone or to ATT who sold the phone?
