Phone drops calls and reboots post 13.7 update

Hello, i installed the 13.7 iOS update on my iphone 7 and there are nothing but nightmares. My calls drop, I have no coverage and my phone reboots. Please help

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If the issue persists, you can bring your phone to the Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider. You can book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.
