Refund request
Hi there
On 11 Sept I saw an app on Instagram that said it was FREE. I downloaded it and was charged $129.99.
I asked for a refund which has been processed but the Visa connected to my apple account was cancelled back in March. The payment actually came out of my cheque account. Not sure how as this is not linked to my Apple account.
I have updated my account with my new credit card. I have deleted the app. A refund has not come through. Can you please refund using my updated credit card.
