Why always when i replace my SIM card from one to another my phone automatically send SMS to number 447537410287? Help me please! How can I turn it off?

Each time you change the SIM or activate iMessage/iCloud/FaceTime you must have got these warnings (As Shown in the pic below). If you had tapped on OK then .....
