iCloud mail loading painfully slow On iphone or macbook pro - iCloud mail is loading (and sending) extremely slow. I can't find a way to resolve this online. Its driving me up a wall. Anybody have any suggestions?

iCloud email still loading extremely slow! This problem seems to have first started around April 2021, but I only recently started experiencing issues with loading new emails. Also, for some reason iCloud is not correctly opening what mailbox was last used. Anyone still having issues?
