It is expecting that you connect your iPhone to a Mac hosting either iTunes or Finder (Catalina+) or a Windows-based PC hosting iTunes. If yo have neither available to you, see if a friend or relative can help you out. Alternatively, pay a vist to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for additional assistance with this matter.
