We have erased the disc and tried to install macOS but it will not complete and all we can see on the screen is a folder with a question mark on it / Any suggestions please as we have spent hours trying to sort this matter out
We have erased the disc and tried to install macOS but it will not complete and all we can see on the screen is a folder with a question mark on it / Any suggestions please as we have spent hours trying to sort this matter out. The reason we are doing this as every time we try to start the Mac it just keeps shutting down.
