Im currently on a shared iCloud with my family for my phone. I was wondering if I logged out of the iCloud to log into my own personal Apple ID would I lose all my photo, texts, notes etc? or would they all stay on my phone as they're my personal photos not ones off of those devices.

Those photos, texts, notes, etc. are yours and will stay on your device.
