Face ID not working

Hi!


My Face ID stopped recognizing my face. So I reset the Face ID to set up a new one. It keeps asking to move higher, move lower. Can’t get it to work. I have updated my software, turned phone off, tried again and still it doesn’t work.


Any advice is appreciated. I have the XR.
