Hi!
My Face ID stopped recognizing my face. So I reset the Face ID to set up a new one. It keeps asking to move higher, move lower. Can’t get it to work. I have updated my software, turned phone off, tried again and still it doesn’t work.
Any advice is appreciated. I have the XR.

Hi, you can take your phone to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider. You can book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.
I’ve done all that and it still isn’t working.
I had this problem since updating to 13.5. No response from Apple. seems hundreds have had this issue, and Apple want us to pay to fix. Not happy.
