Even after turning off the "Audio Descriptions" i still and getting the narration on a movie. What steps can I take to remedy this?

Problem solved by calling Apple Support. It was not an issue with Apple TV. It was on the app Prime Video...swiped down while playing a movie and gave options for Audio. Option solution was non-AD on preferred language. Hope this saves someone else some time and irritation.
