if I turn off voice over will it turn off narration? I've been working on this and still the website playing the movie continues with a narrator (which normally does not have) when I do not want it and can't take it off. I'm talking actual computer narration describing events in movie. Thanks kindly.
Well, so that no one else plays dummy, I just realized that on Amazon the narrator was an option. I had to reset that and it stopped. I spent several hours reading and trying other options until it occurred to me. so...nevermind.

Addendum: the movie is not from iTunes, rather I bought it from amazon and play its often . there is no narration in this movie unless somehow I turned it on. I would like to somehow turn nit off! I had house a different browser to finish the movie and that worked. I'll be rebooting again but the first time had no effect on the narration.
