XDR Monitors issue waking after sleep

I have a Mac Pro 2019 single Vega II with two XDR monitors. My issue occurs when I wake the Mac from sleep. One monitor comes on for a couple seconds. Then goes black for a minute on both and then back on flashing intermittently for another 30 seconds. This takes a couple minutes each time and is not usual to any previous MAC. I applied the XDR update a couple weeks back, but it had nothing to do by way of fixing this issue. My other Mac Pro 2013 has a delay, but not like this.

It feels like when you're on a PC and you set the wrong resolution and the monitor goes black. And you just have to wait until the PC and video card reset the resolution back to a compatible state. Come on Apple/AMD, this is a $28,000 computer.
