IPad Air 4 USB-C getting audio to my 3.5mm earphones?

I have some nice JBL 3.5mm jack earphones I use on my old iPad and looking to upgrade to the Air 4. How can I get to reuse my JBL earphones on the Air4 which doesn’t have a 3.5mm socket? Apple don’t appear to offer an adaptor?
