How does it work the watch with cellular? do I need additional plan and a SIM card? or swap SIM card with my iphone?

Your iPhone's service must be provided by a company that also supports the Watch. An additional data plan is added to your iPhone account for the watch. The plan is usually $10 to $15 a month. There are no external SIMS to deal with.
